Air Regulator Series AR-B have been updated to the new urban white base color for a clean modern look. The AR-B series has a maximum set pressure of 125 psi and offers embedded gauge and pressure switch options not found in the AR-A while maintaining panel mounting interchangeability with the previous AR models. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. Options include a mounting bracket and set nuts for panel mounting. The modular design of the AR-B series connects with other SMC air preparation equipment of similar size. The new AR-B is available in six body sizes with piping from 1/8" to 1" in Rc, NPT and G thread.

The pressure drop across the regulator has been reduced to create a more efficient unit with a maximum set pressure of 100 psi. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. Options include a mounting bracket and set nuts for panel mounting as well as pressure gauges. The modular design of the AR-A series connects with other SMC air preparation equipment of similar size. The new AR-A is available in five body sizes with piping from M5 to 3/4" in Rc, NPT and G thread types.

Air Regulator series ARG is modular style with built-in pressure gauge, offers an optional, built-in backflow mechanism which enables reliable discharge of air pressure from outlet to inlet.  The mounting angle of the pressure gauge is selectable depending on the piping direction, and with the anti-revolving mechanism (PAT.PEND.), the pressure gauge will not be revolved even after the handle is operated.  "Note that the ARG-B has been released as a replacement for the ARG.  While the ARG is still supported with inventory and no obsolescence date has been announced, we strongly encourage the use of the ARG-B for new applications"

Air Regulator Series ARX20 is a piston type regulator. It is compatible with a primary supply pressure of 2.0MPa and is ideal for pressure adjustment of air blowing applications. The ARX has a compact design with a width of 35mm and an overall length of 80mm. The piston operated design ensures long operating life. The ARX has an easy-to-operate adjustment handle.

Miniature air regulator series ARJ is part of SMC's pressure control equipment line. The ARJ series is available with or without one-touch fittings depending on the model type. All models come standard as direct operated relieving style. Two mounting thread options are available on the ARJ210 & ARJ310 series. ARJ1020F comes standard with M5 threads. Options include bracket, pressure gauge, and manifold base (depending on model).

Air Regulator manifold series ARM is available in standard size 1000 & 2000 and the modular style is available in sizes 2500 & 3000. Standard models are available with 4 connection methods and have backflow function availability. Modular styles can be freely mounted on a manifold station and have easy set up using the new handle.

The IRV series vacuum regulator is offered in 3 compact, lightweight sizes. Adjustment resolution is possible within 0.13kPa.  Port sizes available are 1/8Rc(PT), and 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 with Rc(PT), NPT or G(PF) thread types.

Designed for use with air or inert gas, SMC's VCHR can operate up to a maximum pressure of 6.0 MPa with a set range of 0.5 to 5.0 MPa.  With large flow passages, and IS01179-1 conforming port thread sizes, high flow rates are ensured.  A metal-sealed relief valve, and a polyurethane elastomer poppet improve durability.  Expected service life is approximately 10 million cycles.

Booster relay series IL100 is used when the piping between instrumentation and operational area is long, or when operational area has large capacity. Series IL100 can help accelerate actuation speed considerably.
