The LESH electric actuator combines a motor and ball screw drive, worktable, and linear guide in compact body. The machined table is more rigid than the LES formed table, enabling higher horizontal loads and improved deflection from offset loading. The LESYH is a high precision variation of the LESH high rigidity slide table.  This actuator improves positioning repeatability to ±0.01mm and increases vertical work load dramatically compared to the LESH.  The external motor can be mounted inline with the table, or in parallel to the left or right.  This version includes a 24VDC step motor with a battery-less absolute encoder.  This encoder allows the actuator to be powered down without losing its positional awareness.  The machine's PLC can access the controller's operational and positional step data through several fieldbus protocols, IO-Link, or parallel I/O.

 

The LEPS electric actuator fits a linear guide and work table to the LEPY miniature rod model. The result is an actuator with parallel and perpendicular work surfaces, able to resist offset moment loads and rotational forces. The series includes two body sizes with inline mounted motors. Maximum stroke is 75mm, and maximum work load is 2 kg, or 50N pushing force depending on the application.

The LAT3 Card Motor deviates from LE actuators by implementing a unique magnetic linear motor. The ultra-compact body, integrating the recirculating ball guide, motor and encoder, is about the size of a credit card and only 9mm high. Positioning repeatability is ±5 μm, with an operating rate of up to 500 cycles per minute.
