IZS31, Bar Type Ionizer w/Feedback or Auto balance Sensor

The IZS31 is SMC's 2nd generation bar ionizer. Bar ionizers generate a curtain of static eliminating ions effective for a distance up to 2000mm / 6.5 ft. The IZS31 can be operated with feedback sensor for the most rapid static elimination, or the auto balance sensor for a neutral environment with high accuracy. 3 different run modes available to tailor ion generation to a range of static conditions. Needle cartridges are easily removed without tools for cleaning or end-of-life replacement.

  • Needle contamination check function for achieving consistent ion output
  • High speed or low maintenance cartridges in stainless steel, tungsten or single crystal silicon
  • Operation panel features multiple setting controls and diagnostic LEDs
  • Available with auto balance or feedback sensor for optimizing ion generation
